"Curt helped me pick a Harmony mattress roughly 10 years ago, with good explanations and tactful patience. The mattress was great for its expected lifespan, and yesterday my wife and I came to look at present day options. Curt was very friendly and helpful again, and we ended up taking home the same model mattress again, which we know we will love. The only thing I could suggest for Johnathan Stevens in general, is to improve the signage affixed to the floor models. Some comparative bullet points, or even just a photo indicating the internal construction of each model, would be excellent. Letting pricing be more obvious would help too (the pricing is there, but you have to know from extrinsic knowledge to lift the flap on the foot-rest protective covers)"
