"Defective material on two of four seats, after less than 3 years, being gently used by “seniors”. Two year warranty, so to have them replaced it cost us $80. Person in store was irritated we thought the material was defective and it should be covered under warranty."

"I recently purchased a billiard table light fixture from a third party seller which came from Holland Bar Stool Co. Shortly after the installation, the trim around the lamp shades began to come loose due to defective glue. I contacted Holland Bar Stool customer service by email. Within 24 hours, Amanda in Customer Service contacted me and said they would be happy to replace the defective shades and encouraged me to send photos so that their operations manager could troubleshoot the issue so that it did not recur. Within 72 hours the new shades arrived on my doorstep. Their responsiveness and willingness to stand behind their product (even when purchased from a third party) is rarely seen nowadays and I would highly recommend their company without reservation."

"Absolutely perfect! This is the design and quality I always want from American made products. I am so pleased with the quality of the Jackie stools and chairs. I searched for quite a while to find Extra high bar stools for a 46 inch high counter in my kitchen. I was hoping to find something made in USA, nice quality and with a coordinating chair. When I called Holland stool after seeing some products online, the lovely customer service agent I talked to sent out color chips for both metal and wood finishes so I would be sure to get the perfect match, and she referred me to a few retailers that carried the combination I wanted. When the stools and chairs arrived, they were packed really well and in perfect condition. The metal finish is elegant, and the oak seat is very solid and nicely finished.
