"I went to see Dr. Palmer because of malocclusion, meaning my teeth don’t all touch when my mouth is closed. This causes an imbalance in the muscles of my face and jaw and tongue and is very uncomfortable to me. My goal in seeing Dr. Palmer was to learn more about what the problem is and how we can fix it. He and his staff are incredibly friendly and follow all the precautionary measures associated with the pandemic. More importantly he was able to identify a slipped articular disk on the right side of my face as the likely cause of imbalance. We recently met to discuss treatment options and he will be making me a custom fit mouth-thingy (my words) in the months to come and I’m totally geeked. "This place is AMAZINGGGG!! i have been going here ever since i have been in middle school and let me tell you, this is the best orthodontist i've ever been to. great doctors , Dr.Palmer himself is soooo funny and nice. he himself will change your whole day with this bubbly personality. when i first started here my teeth were TERRIBLE, i mean so bad it took at least a long time to get them straightened. now with my braces off recently i am in love with my smile. Not only are they great with teeth and putting a BIG smile on your face when you walk in, they do many fundraisers for children in need which is very nice. They do so many raffles for the patients, it is very kind of them. I love this office and i love coming to my appointments, my day is made every time i come here. great great service and very clean environment. 10/10 Recommend."

"My kids and I have been see doctor Palmer since 2009. Doctor Palmer is very experienced and made very fair suggestion with each of my children. Doctor Palmer made good suggestions with my oldest son when I bought my son to his office for a consultation for brace ( my son’s tooth had larger space in between when he was 10 years old). Doctor Palmer call that” ugly ducking tooth stage” and said he will grow out it. I had my braces done with doctor Palmer, the office stuff is very kind, skilled. They will fit me in anytime time I need to an adjustment with the wires. I lost my retainers while I was at overseas for 2 months. When I came back doctor Palmer and staff saw me right way and come up with a new solutions away. He put the wire back on my tooth for few more months didn’t charge me for it. Now, I got new retainers. My daughter had her braces done 4 years ago. It was easy for her and she has beautiful smile. Thanks to doctor Palmer and his office staff, they are kind and very skilled. They delivered the best results for me and my family kids."

"Dr. Palmer is very rude to his patients. He convinced me that my TMJ could be treated by straightening my teeth. 2 years later, after chipping several of my teeth during bracket removal, I still had TMJ and half my bottom lip is forever numb because one of the brackets caused severe damage and I had to get surgery. I’ve heard him make fun of several kids, I do not recommend this place to anyone."
