"We came to Dr. Skowronski's office after our preschooler attended a field trip there years ago. I truly believe people are human and make mistakes, but this will be our 3rd terrible experience and our last. My entire family was going to this office. My daughter had Invisalign and when it came time for her final retainer, they claimed they had already provided it to her. I had asked a couple of times and they assured me we had received it. My daughter began to get holes in the one she was using and I had to contact them a 3rd time and they "found it" in the office. For my own experience, I had a crown procedure. While I was comfortable for the actual procedure, I went home after my temp crown and was in terrible pain for a couple of days. My friend told me I shouldn't be in that much pain and when she looked at the crown, she observed an excessive amount of glue over my gums. I had to return to the office to have it corrected. Most recently, my husband had to have a root canal. He has experienced this before and asked Dr. Fleggue about antibiotics. She told him she had gotten everything and they weren't necessary. He asked about antibiotics 3 times at the appointment, again, Dr. Fleggue assured him they weren't necessary. That evening he was in excruciating pain. Motrin was unable to relieve the pain. He contacted the emergency line because the office is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Dr. Fluegge couldn't see him because she was out of town. She call in a script for antibiotic finally. When those weren't working well, he had to visit another office to have them look at it. That dentist explained he had a severe infection and at his office they always prescribe antibiotics with their root canal procedures for this reason. We loved being a part of this dentistry family, but after so many painful experiences post procedure, we will not be returning."
