"I called a day ahead and spoke to the manager himself (Tim?) to make sure they would be open because it’s a far drive for us. Showed up with my kids all excited, they were closed. Also they book middle school field trips during the jumparoo which is 5 and under. Management at this place is aloof at best, more likely just inconsiderate. This franchise is very money greedy."
"We used to love coming here and had several birthday parties here. Now it is ran completely by teenagers with attitudes. Nothing was open and was on a "time schedule." Bought platinum tickets spending over 200 to just be able to jump on trampolines. Rock wall schedule was open 4-430 was in line at 4:05 and was told it was closed. Will not be coming back!"
"We had a good experience with all of the different stations but one concerning part was a random individual with a blue flamingo suit and orange ball cap handing out random candy to passing children."
"My kids and I had a BLAST!!! There were so many fun things to do for both my boys, age 4 & 8, and myself. The staff was so friendly. And not as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Highly recommend!!"
