The next year we used Cherry Valley Plumbing for our full bath remodel upstairs. At the end of the General Contractor's work, Cherry Valley needed two weeks to come back to set the toilet. To get the bathroom back in use, our General Contractor set the toilet. Due to a clause in the contract, Cherry Valley charged us an extra $2,000 for not coming back to set the toilet.
