Joe does a remarkable job with his service and his communication. You can sense sincerely that Joe has your back. Always ensuring you have value. I'm a talkative person, so I had a chance to touch base with a customer in the waiting room. "I can't say enough good about Brian in Service...I first called him as I was getting the runaround from a Toyota dealer in Cheboygan Michigan - I drive a GS350 and they assured me that they had a Lexus qualified mechanic and Toyota and Lexus are the same (NOT). Long story short, Brian was able to get to the bottom of the problem both with the other dealer and with my car. I am still impressed that he called the other dealer trying to help me, from a random call asking for help. Feeling confident in Brian and the research he did, I shipped the car several hundred miles to Harvey Lexus to get it fixed correctly.
