"Asked for help on a painting project, on what products would be better to use to get a better finish. I already had enamel paint for my one door. Sold me a roller and handle and a gallon of more enamel paint that he did not show me before he mixed paint and did not let me know it was non refundable beforehand. The roller ruined what I had done for two days. I spent over 143.00 dollars. He did not ask me if I wanted paint, and who buys a gallon for on door, I already had a quart which was still half full, I just wanted tools to complete job. Now stuck with extra gallon of enamel paint I don't need. I will contact the store and will see if I will update post. I did call the store and the assistant manager did return the paint, so good customer service. Would have been a 5 but had that roller issue. Tip found out on google roll roller on Painters tape first to get rid of fuzzy spots."

"Nice paint products. But, I was in the store to buy paint 2 or 3 times. It was nice of the staff to give me a coupon for some gallons of paint. I purchased a gallon anothet day and they were going to charge me 18.00 more . When I asked is that the right price, he said yes. I politely told him i had been getting the same paint for 18.00 less. It was then he scanned his phone and gave me a discount without hesitation. Be careful. I think they make commissions on paint."

"I feel the staff here is always knowledgeable on the different products they offer and techinques on how to apply them in the most efficient, but thorough way. Our order was rather large, but was put together in a timely manner. The associate even brought our order out to the vehicle and loaded it for us without even a second thought. Their paint is pricey. I feel the paint's quality and the amazing customer service makes every dollar spent worth it."
