"Do not ever by a Tuscany customized truck. Their customer service is non existent. Parts are all off the shelf aftermarket Chinese junk. Bolts left loose on their “builds”. Need a warranty claim or any type of customer service you have to create a ticket and wait for days while their customer service lady gets back to you. They have no parts people. Non. There is no parts department like we know them. Stay away. Have a truck built by a reputable place or dealership. Crooks like this don’t deserve anyone’s business. And they are under the FOX umbrella. Shameful."

"Would never recommend a Tuscany modified vehicle ever. Absolute atrocious customer service, will not return a call, the Ford dealership has also apologized and said they have given up on trying to get ahold of Tuscany. So here I am stuck with an over priced truck that we CANNOT get parts for, CANNOT get a return call, I am stuck buying OEM parts that are not of subpar quality like the (mostly) Chinese sourced Tuscany parts.
