"Would not order or buy anything from this lumber company. First they calculated how many boards we needed and ordered with them telling us we could return any damaged unused boards. Order was suppose to arrive in one week, called told order was in, arrange for pickup and when we arrive no order, they never ordered. After receiving went to return the damaged and unused boards was told we couldn't. Poor customer service."

"Mike Bieri from ProBuild Lumber did house blueprints for my wife and me. He was very friendly and accommodating; however, a few builders asked me why the design of the roof, floorboards, and other things were the way they were, especially if we were trying to keep the house under a certain price point. One builder asked me “did a guy for a lumber yard do your prints?” The design Mike gave us definitely provided a profit to the lumber company at the expense of a higher building cost for us if we were to use his prints. Mike Bieri knew we are trying to make some cuts to keep our house at a certain price point. I feel he took advantage of us to profit the lumber company he works for. I have tried getting in contact with Mike Bieri - I called ProBuild twice and each time he wasn’t there. ProBuild gave me his cellphone so I called and left a voicemail saying I would like to discuss the matter to see if we could revisit the prints. I waited six days and then texted him again after I tried reaching him at ProBuild. It has been five days since that text. He sent us back to square one and my wife and I are out $650."

"Really closing at 12pm on a Saturday?? Most other places are open at least until 2-4 pm and I do agree with the previous comment about they hang up on you if you have no intention of spending a chunk of money there. I'd rather go to Lowe's or white cloud to get my materials."
