"In the beginning the staff seem very friendly but when it comes to insurance claims and billing. They just ignore you. it is a hassle to deal with them about insurance claims and detailed billing amount. You have to watch out what they bill you. If the claim they submit got denied, they don't seem to bother to find out why it got denied and make corrections and resubmit it. They will just bill you for the whole amount. They also don't tell you the procedure is not covered by insurance until you get hit with the big bill. My insurance is tricky that some service is covered by my medical insurance, so I asked them to submit it to my medical insurance first, but they said they never had to do that. My dental insurance denied the claim with a code that explains why. it clear says this claim needs to be submitted to medical first because it is the primary insurance. they never bothered to do that and bill me for the whole amount. This has been going on back and forth for several months hasn't been resolved. It's been very frustrating dealing with their service."

"My wife saw the Dr Pomerace for a dental appliance in the spring of 2021. She is very thorough to make sure it is done correctly. She is very insistent on the time table on when your mouth should be ready for the next step (my wife had to push back and prove that her mouth is not ready for the next step. Be firm with her and she will slow the process down for your pace. We did have problem with the insurance process/filing. We signed a financial agreement and PAID up front. In the agreement it stipulated that if insurance is processed improperly it is the patient responsibility to resolve, whether it is there mistake or ours. Just remember let the BUYER WEAR, they have your money. It took several calls to BCBS to resolve and error that was not ours"
