"I must have caught them on a bad day. One person at the front desk greeted me verbally but with no eye contact. The other girl was better. However I wasn’t informed until I was getting into the dentist chair that I had paperwork to sign. I was in the waiting room for about 20 minutes prior to entering the dentist chair why wasn’t that taken care of then? And once in the dentist chair the hygienist told me to come back eventually. Pending insurance approval of course. They never did call me I have had 2 call them now twice. They wouldn’t even clean my teeth. I must say this was a strange one. And so far I’m left feeling like they don’t really want me as a client. As well as discriminated against. And wondering do all of their patients get that treatment. Or did I catch them on a bad day?"
