"Charged me 60 dollars to rebalance my tires they tried 2 times just for me to go to another store and then tell me the tires blew a steel belt and I needed new ones, so after paying a lot of money for tires and having to pay to get the new ones balanced from their competitor they are refusing to refund me my 60 dollars even though they messed up and couldn’t figure out why my tires couldn’t be balanced. They also were supposed to check alignment and I thought that meant they’d look over the whole car but no another shop said my brakes are almost to the point of grinding so they missed that too. Overall just people that don’t really know what they are looking at."

"Awesome team! They helped me get my lung nuts tightened after the Ford dealership didn’t tighten them all the way. Last month the Ford dealership told me I would not need new tires for a year. A couple weeks later I had issues and Belle Tire took a look for free to tell me what’s wrong. When I called Ford they wanted to charge me $160 just to look at my car. I will keep coming back here!"

"I had my tires balanced and rotated here today. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Took my vehicle in quickly. A short time later, the gentleman gave me the keys back and said you are all set! I said I hadn't paid, he said there was no charge. Really impressed with the customer service and my truck doesn't vibrate anymore! I will definitely be back when I'm ready for new brakes and tires."

Bruce, Eric and Matt were all VERY helpful with information and got me in quick when other spots were 3 weeks out on an appointment. They noticed that my other tires were going to need to be replaced soon(not likely to be good to go through winter) and took care of that too- also quickly and with great service- including getting a live person on phone quickly."
