"Recently I left a 1 star review because the service department would not answer calls and it was an automated system. It took my 1 star review to finally get a call back from the service manager after trying all day to schedule an appointment. The manager was able to fit me in and get the warranty work and oil change taken care of. When I brought my vehicle in at the scheduled time I witnessed 3 service advisors on their computers and no one greeted me other than the attendant when I pulled in. Arthur had just wrapped up lunch and was the first to greet me after I was standing around for approximately 15 minutes. Arthur was fantastic and apologized for the wait. He stayed in communication with my wife and I and made sure everything was taken care of. I would like to give them a 5 star review but I can’t. We were sent a text today asking us to take down the 1 star review because they are holding against our advisor even tho it isn’t his fault. That is not fair to him based on the dealership’s shortcomings."
"I am writing this review to share my extremely negative experience with Serra Ford of Farmington Hills. In September of 2023, I purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealership and it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. Despite paying well over $2700 to the dealership for vehicle registration, I have yet to receive any documentation. The dealership continuously blamed me for the delays, refusing to take any responsibility. Their customer support is non-existent, and they stopped responding to my inquiries altogether. It's been over five months now, and I still haven't received my vehicle registration. My temporary plates expired in October, leaving me in a constant state of anxiety whenever I drive the vehicle. To make matters worse, I had to pay the state an additional $700 to register the vehicle myself, as Serra Ford provided zero assistance. They refused to reimburse me for the money I wasted on their supposed registration service. Avoid Serra Ford of Farmington Hills at all costs. The staff is disrespectful and downright rude, and the company seems more interested in robbing its customers than providing any form of support. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealership that values its customers and knows how to fulfill basic responsibilities like vehicle registration."
"I brought my car in for service here months ago because it was closer to me than Hines Park in Milford. I won’t be going here again. I brought it in for a recall but I also had various system errors going on. They wouldn’t give me a loaner for servicing my car longer than the recall would take, so I put the service off until I could afford a rental. I decided to go back to Hines Park because it is now closer to me again. Hines Park told me that my car is NOT safe to drive and to bring it in immediately, and gave me a loaner for however long it takes. I am extremely disappointed that you guys put me in a potentially dangerous situation driving an unsafe vehicle around because your service people refused to take an additional 2 minutes to pull my car up in the system to figure out what was happening. This is quite alarming."

I was very pleased with the communication from the start. We met with Will and I will be going to him again in the future for our vehicle needs. He was very personable, genuine and knowledgeable! The experience with the whole team was positive and we are happy with our new F150!"
"This operation has disappointed me again. After confirmation of an appointment at a specific time, they missed it by an hour. What's worse is trying to get through the telephone system. No one calls you back, I received a text from a service advisor saying they can help, but I sent several texts asking for updates, and nothing but crickets. I called and left messages, but no call back. The tech who fixed my car was pleasant and efficient. I am a loyal Ford owner and have options."
