"I drove 2 hours to visit this business. It was SO worth the drive. Timeless is very easy to find. That is a plus for me! Let me tell you I was not disappointed in my experience. I was greeted by the owner, Dave, and told him what problems I was having with my log home as far as gaps in the logs, bugs, and the logs needing a nice coat of stain/preservative. I asked so many questions and Dave was very patient in explaining all of the products and materials I would need to complete my project. He helped me figure out how much of each product I would need. He gave me a new caulk gun! Not only that, extra monies off my order. I felt he really appreciated the fact that I made the 2 hour drive to check out their business.
