Thought it would be a major hassle to have it taken care of but to my delight, there was no argument or delay. They took care of the problem and never made me think that there was an issue. "We purchased 2 Stressless chairs from Edwards several years ago and loved them when they were new; however, in time the seat cushions and backs broke down and became very uncomfortable. Stressless knows this happens because they make replacement cushions and backs that can only installed by a professional. Problem is that Edwards has no one that can make these repairs, their only solution is to try to sell us new chairs at a cost of $3,300 each. There is no way as their is no assurance that this break down will not happen again. Very dissatisfied"

"Took delivery of a $7000 Amish bedroom set - not happy with one drawer face - poorly matched color. Salesman Dave said he would get back to us after several calls - he never did. After almost 3 months of waiting there is no resolution - no call back. Don't pay your order balance off until you are totally satisfied with their product. They ignore you once they have your money."
