"I wouldnt recommend anybody to do the payment plans here. I went in to look at prices and decided to try it out, either way i knew i would pay it off in under a month. Bought 2 tires for roughly “310” then i put $50 down and they matched $50. At the end of signing the contract i asked how much was left and they said “we dont know, it doesnt tell us the remaining balance”??. They said after $100 down payment the remaining balance was $310ish because my quote didnt include fees, and i noticed the “Free alignment” isnt Free because they charge you $8 weekly plus a major upfront fee. My upfront alignment fee was $30. I did 3 weekly payments before i paid out the remaining balance. I paid the maximum $29.70 and The remaining balance was still $320??? And thats with the maximum payment amount! I remembered the guy said “ i had a $80 credit on my account” when i asked why the balance didnt go down at all, he said “i just have to remember to use it” so when i paid out i made sure they credited those $80, so i paid $229.63. So in 3 weeks of maximum payments my account didnt go down at all if it wasnt for the credit i had on my account, so how do they expect somebody to pay it off in the given time if the balance didnt go down in 3 weeks of maximum payments. Very shady, i wanted to give them a try to see how they handled business, and the type of fees they charge. Also the lifetime warranties they give out cancel after a year of you paying off your tires. And the alignment they did on the car was terrible, didnt even notice a difference(if they even did an alignment), luckily i dont drive the car enough to be in a hurry and get an alignment done but it will need a proper alignment done."

"This will be a long review but it will be worth the read. I went in on a Wednesday and I was originally only gonna purchase one tire and after a discussion with all of them about their payment plans and everything else I decided to go ahead and replace all four of my tires. I had to go to work shortly after I was there so we decided that I would just pay the down payment they would order my tires and I would go in Friday and get my tires put on. I paid and left I came back on Friday and seen the same gentleman who help me and he went to go inquire about where my tires were because they should have been there. I was uninformed that for whatever reason they were not ordered while it was not the end of the world I was a little frustrated because I have been driving on a spare for almost a week at that point. The female manager immediately apologized for the error and gave me a few options. They then found tires that would be perfect for my vehicle and they could get them there that afternoon and just as they promised they got my tires there Friday afternoon I brought my car back and by the time I finished my paperwork my car was done completed. Although things were off to a slightly rough start I was overall very happy and very appreciative. I worked with Marquis and he was so kind and so sweet and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and he made sure to let the manager know that I was in fact told that the tires would be there. I appreciate everyone’s help and quick resolve."

"I cannot recommend this wonderful company enough & I’d be lying if I said they didn’t exceed my expectations! Not only did they have my tires replaced & balanced within an hour, but also they provided me with a handful of other very helpful add ons just for shopping with them. They even have payment plans available should you need to use that. Carmen was incredibly helpful in this process & made it so easy for me. Ryan helped to explain the entirety of my contract to me in a way that someone who doesn’t know cars can understand. Thank you RNR Express team for all that you do!!
