"I had my transmission rebuilt from a retired mechanic but after removing it twice and sending it to him it was still slipping. It was suggested that I get it checked by a national shop. I had my truck towed to Certified in Mishawaka. They were told it was slipping. They confirmed the slippage and wanted $4800 for a complete rebuild instead of just fixing the problem. So I tow it to a small shop and they determined the valve body to be bad. The retired mechanic sent me a valve body and got it replaced for $500. Certified needs to send its techs and management back to school."
"((((((Warning warning warning ))))the service manager is rude at this place not to mention a liar I wouldn’t recommend taking my car here if my life depended on it …go someplace else and get another opinion I wouldn’t give this place 1 star it’s to bad they didn’t have a (((zero star))) that’s all they deserve a zero…!!!! F =failure for this place its a total joke !!!! (((((08/10/2023))))) total dis honesty @ this red neck hillbilly no good for nothing dump!!!"
"They treated me right! Not only was the bill less than what they estimated, they gave me a ride to where I had to meet some people while my transmission was being worked on. These are good people and were recommended by my go-to mechanic."
"Took my truck in for them to look at so I could get an estimate of how much it would cost. Took them a week to get to it because they were busy and it was a holiday weekend. Once they called me they told me what was the problem and gave me the estimate of $350, which honestly wasn't that bad. They fixed it and returned it to me the next day and was a bit cheaper than they expected. They are truly certified!!!!"
