"If you have Medicaid, do not expect Medicaid to pay for it because these office managers will not keep calling until Medicaid approves it. They get mad at you when you ask them to call Medicaid to see if the approval will go through. I have been trying since January to get my approval to go through. We are now in June and it still hasn’t gone through and they get mad at me when I ask them to call to get it approved! really?! You’re going to get mad at your customers because we want you to do your job which is actually get the Medicaid approved. I have two insurances, but you can’t get the other to go through. That’s sheer laziness and lack of trying!"
