As an Ace Hardware Store it's well stocked. There is a surcharge on credit card purchases but that's fair (as we use verification technology to reduce risk, interchange costs need to come down). Aaron the owner operator (second generation) is providing an essential service to our Northport and Leelanau Township community."

"I went into this hardware store earlier in the week to find the pieces I needed to put together a very basic wooden bed frame. I'm not sure the name of the man who I spoke to but he was incredibly rude to me. I explained to him what I was doing, and showed a few pictures of the bed frame, but he was unable to figure out what I needed (a quick Google search after I got home told me I needed barrel nuts). He told me I should "find someone more adept to help me with this project" and that I should "really go back and plan this out better". Really disappointed in the way I was spoken to that day."
