Totally great guy! Makes me want to go back and buy tires from them whenever needed. This location of Discount Tires does a great job at some killer pricing. I have to work soon and was pretty worried. By some miracle they were able to fit me in, fix my issue and had me back on the road in no time. "I had new tires installed today. I made an appointment for 10 am and was told they were running behind due to staffing. I ended up waiting for about 2 hours. As a former business owner, I understand that staffing is tough. I could see that they were working as fast as they could. I was given several updates and apologies during the wait. As I sat there, I observed several customers being incredibly rude to the staff members working at the counter. The employees were very professional and tried to do what they could to please the customer. The lobby was clean, there are restrooms, coffee and water available while you wait. I will be back next time I need to purchase tires. Thank You!"

"Showed up for my 10:15 appointment, the guy at the counter told me they were over booked and couldn’t tell me when they would be able to get it done. Still waiting in the lobby currently an hour later and my car was just brought into the bay. The company sets their employees up to fail with the over booking. There’s a lot of upset customers here confused on why it’s going to take over an hour to start even when they had an appointment."
