"I was tired and really grubby when I finally drove to the store. My 75 Ford pickup is nothing to look at but still functional. I had 3300 sf of tile to order plus 3 14 x 18 garage doors to order. The sales lady Shawn treated me like I was a bum before I even asked to place the order. Image is NOT everything. I went to FBM and placed the order. 5 neighbors hot to hear my treatment and all are going elsewhere to do their homes. I was never treated so rudely but it cost them a great deal of money and I hope they figure it out and learn from it"

"Terrible tile experience! Nice sales people but install was a disaster. They sent a tile guy who said he had not installed tile for many years. His helper who recently worked as a Chef told us he had never cut tile prior to our job. Three weeks to somewhat complete two bathrooms, one shower. Quality of install was terrible. The helper who did most of the cutting admitted he struggled and scrapped a lot of material. One of the owners (Tom) was made aware of the situation/issues. But, we still received a bill for additional material AND it included additional labor! They wanted us to pay for their installers mistakes. Owner Tom even came back and remeasured but only confirmed original quote...... no additional tile should have been needed. Plus, the guy never came back to finish grouting. Finally completed myself. Tom said when time allows he would have someone come back and do repairs. Two & 1/2 years later, I would guess that's not happening. Recommend using a reputable tile company. To owners response: Yes, work was completed ....by homeowner. Quality of install by Ray left much to be desired, i.e. uneven tiles everywhere, mismatched colors, terrible grout etc. Carpenters working in our house at the time also expressed concerns with the install quality. CS (Tom) only offered to do repairs but never has. Credit? never received credit, paid full contract amount. However, didn’t pay for installers mistakes in regards to excessive scrap. CS adjusted the original contract and sent us a bill to pay installer Ray’s mistakes. But, we had an agreement with Tom not to pay for additional material. It was Tom who did the original measurement/quote and who remeasured and confirmed original quote. He even commented that Ray should pay for the excessive scrap. Photos showing unfinished work/some quality issues are available and were sent to CS after we received their new bill."
