"Went in to get my hood fixed but forgot my wheel lock. Was going to get charged 600$ just for a hood cable repair, so I called other places and found a cheaper place. I went to pick up my car and now I can fit my fingers and thumb into the side of the fender between the door. Opening the door now causes it to scratch and dent in more. The picture they had showed that this wasn’t like this before and we got kicked out asking to see footage of my car afterwards. Edit: I added another picture taken the day before I took it in. The damage was not there. Edit #2: The service manager reached out to me and showed me footage. He refunded me my money spent there, and was willing to help however needed. If you ever have problems here get ahold or ask to speak to Javid, he is a very reasonable man and will do whatever it takes to help make sure you’re satisfied."
