"My home owners insurance continually went up. Found an insurance company that was alot cheaper for same coverage. I thought that's what the anchor group was suppose to do for their customers. On top of that I cancelled their insurance and found I was paying for both insurances for a year in my house payment. I even got a letter last year that told me my insurance had been cancelled."

"I called for a quote on full coverage on two vehicles. They put plpd on one and full coverage andi hit deer I call tomake a claim. No coverage. They are saying never asked I never questions one being on plpd. Told them thought it was full coverage. Becareful they don't pay attention"
