She presented the various options and was very patient with our multiple changes along the way, never 'upselling' in the process. The cabinets are high quality (Woodland Cabinetry) and they did a great job on the custom color we just had to have. (Windy Blue cabinets and Steel on the Island) - We would recommend Williams Kitchen & Bath and Taressa to others interested in remodeling their kitchen."

"1 star is too high, but - I will concede that AJ did ultimately stop patronizing us and stepped up with a reasonable refund and apology. I really can’t state strongly enough how bad our experience was and the quality of the cabinets. We ordered the cabinets May 2021 by consultation with a Williams kitchen designer. We ordered plywood boxes - we paid over $14250 upon delivery in early July 2021. Upon unboxing the cabinets - we realized that the cabinet boxes and shelves were NOT plywood as we had ordered… but particle board/composite. We were asked to return the cabinets (they were picked up) and we went on the wait list for replacement cabinets. When the cabinets came sometime in October 2021, over 75% of the cabinets/doors/shelves were damaged/split or scuffed in such a way that they could not be used (ie the installation would not cover the faults). This went on and on, over and over. Cabinets continued to trickle in over time - about 50% of the do-overs had to be sent back - over and over - not allowing us to proceed with our kitchen installation because you can’t just install a cabinet here and there, right? Mfg rep (Homecrest) came out more than once. Explained each time he came out that we were being too picky - before inspecting for himself - then at the end of each of his multiple visits - he conceded that the work was absolutely unacceptable. The Williams designer quit early on, the Williams project manager for Holland quit in May/June 2022 and AJ took our project. At our near to last visit to correct issues - upon taking the project over - AJ remarked multiple times that we were “looking at the razors edge” with our comments / concerns. Then, again, he and the mfr rep - after looking at our last issues - they conceded that the problems we had were real and they moved to address them. (Pantry cabinet doors were 1/4” wider at handles than at tops and mid rails door to door were off by 1/4” horizontally also) - it was terrible. Final comments - Jamie, the 3rd party painter was excellent. And AJ did actually manage our project to completion with good follow-up - noting again - after his initial patronizing attitude. If there’s any way anyone might want more info or pain - please let me know. In Nov 2022 we received a $5000 refund check - for pain and suffering - good, but omg. The pain this has been. Go to LOWES - or Home Depot. Kitchen Designers mock the “box stores” but we worked with lowes for our island and the cabinets were beautiful. Higher quality, better finish, better service and timeliness and “no questions asked “ response. Don’t use this designer. Don’t use this product."

"Taressa was awesome to work with! She showed us great cabinet and countertop options that fit with our budget and made a beautiful plan for our kitchen. She suggested things I had not thought of, but didn’t try to “up sell” anything that wasn’t needed. She also sat with us and re-worked aspects of the plan that we weren’t sure of, showing us various layout options on the computer. Great experience!"
