"I would be very cautious about doing any type of business with this individual. I have been a car dealer for 25 years. He has not been in business for even a year. He purchased a 48 year old truck from us that was clearly sold AS IS WHERE IS and had 24 photos and video accurately depicting the condition of the vehicle. The pictures showed that the vehicle had previous floor pan repair which was also told to him in a phone conversation. In the same phone conversation he stated that he was thrilled to be able to buy this vehicle for such a low price. Upon receiving the vehicle and apparently having some sort of buyers remorse he insisted we buy the vehicle back. He claims the vehicle was misrepresented but the fact is he did not do his proper due diligence and look through the photos and video of the vehicle before making a quick purchase decision on an AS IS vehicle. As having purchased and sold thousands of vehicles through my career I understand the importance of doing good due diligence when purchasing a vehicle. After explaining all of this to him he asked how we could sleep at night. After explaining we did nothing wrong and that our team will sleep just fine he stated "You won't sleep well when I'm done with you". It has been my experience that people like this who try to blame others for their own incompetence are not worthy of doing business with."
