"A couple months ago I purchased a used battery from here after my truck wouldn't start. It turned out to be something else wrong with it but even after the repair it wouldn't keep a charge. Now even though I've been coming here for years I've never actually had to use the warranty before so I was hesitant to even call. That was until I had to get a jump 3 times in one day. When I finally called, Brian told me to bring it up there as soon as I could. He took a quick look at my receipt then replaced it immediately.
