"I just want to start off by saying THANK YOU SAM! He truly did an amazing job on my car. He is very honest and fair. The customer service was a positive experience. It is EXTREMELY hard to find a trustworthy and kind mechanic that knows how to actually fix cars so I am glad I discovered Harper Auto Center because now I know where I can take my car to get any work done that is needed in the future. I strongly recommend checking this place out for any car repairs! :)"

"Fixed nothing on our car. It keeps stalling even after he "fixed it". Charged us $450 for absolutely nothing. I don't recommend this place at all. I would give it zero stars if I could."

"**BEWARE- THEY DO NOT WORK ON VEHICLES- TAKE MONEY AND MAKE EXCUSES** My sister was in a car accident in July 2023 and took her car to this shop. As of October 2023 (3 months) , still no repairs or car. They guy would give stories on how they had to take it to another shop, but when asked about the name of the shop, he couldn't say. He replied with "I don't remember". When asked for invoices to prove he'd been working on the car (towing to that mystery shop or ordering parts), he couldn't produce any. He invoiced my sister for work from his shop that wasn't being done. He also asked to be paid in cash (major red flag). Finally, when my sister had enough and said she was done, she wanted to take it to another shop to be evaluated by a legitimate mechanic, he asked for his invoice he gave her. When she handed him a copy, he was upset and kept stating he needed the original invoice. She brings that in, he takes it, AND HE TEARS UP THE INVOICE IN FRONT OF HER. When she said "why did you do that?!" He looked at her and said "I didn't tear anything up". STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We are giving a heads up to the local police they need to investigate this "business". Very shady and crooked. Thief!"

"Sam is a fkkking liar. Had my car for over a month claiming it was because of the part. I talked to the dealer he claimed to order it from and he never ordered it. When I confronted him about it he got hostile and told me to take my truck because he didn't have time for it anymore. Typical behavior of someone caught in a lie. Do not believe the 5 star ratings, they are spam(FAKE/BS) Update: the condition they left my car in when the new shop got it.... Not only did he not put anything back, but you can tell that neither the ignition or pcm was actually removed or replaced at any point like he claimed."
