"DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS. This is the first time I got an oil change from somewhere other than the dealership, which I have date records and receipts for, and i found out today from the dealership that they CUT the cover out from under my vehicle instead of unscrewing the bolts. I assumed the sound I was hearing was them rescrewing the bolts. NOPE! THEY CUT MY SHEILD. Now that leaves my undercarriage exposed to the elements. See the image below to see what they did to my car. So if you value your car, DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS. I even remember the two men that did my car. Lazy at max level. Shout out to the chaldean guy who took my payment and watched everything that happened and shout out to the African american guy who cut my shield instead of unscrewing it because he was too lazy to unscrew the bolts and rescrew it. Avoid this place. This couldve voided my warranty I still have on the car since it's only 2 years old."
