"I would like to start out by saying that big Jim's auto repair is a very very reputable auto repair shop. I brought my 2016 Chevrolet Impala in for repair for a evaporator. The amount of work that has to go into repairing that is just unbelievable. They virtually had to tear my whole car apart they took the dashboard out they took seats out they took to console out they also had to take the steering wheel out to fix my car. They not only did an outstanding job in fixing my automobile Jim gave me a very reasonable price to fix my car. I would recommend big Jim's auto repair to anyone that would like to get their vehicle repaired he is reputable and is friendly and Jim gives you a fair price on your repair. I don't know the young man's name that worked on my vehicle but I was so pleased with the workmanship that I gave him a $50 tip he did an outstanding job and I was very pleased with everything.
