Don’t get me wrong, they are all stars and if you want your whip fixed right with precise accuracy, they are your mechanical geniuses. My vehicle repairs only occur at Gratiot Auto under the leadership of Travis. The prices are affordable and the job is done precisely right the first time. I will Never take my vehicle to any other shop than Good Year Gratiot Auto. I left a review 8 years ago and google wouldn’t let me leave another so I’m leaving it under my daughter name. "Had some insurance work done here back in Feb-March 2023. Insurance paid them, but They didn’t fix everything they were supposed to and I wasn’t able to drive it home because the shift solenoid “went bad” and wouldn’t shift out of 1st gear. I waited for them to provide my insurance company another quote for the additional work, that they were supposed to do in the first place, 2 different times within a 3 month period, spoke with 3 or 4 different “Managers” trying to get answers, they couldn’t find me car between their 2 shops, then the place gets raided by DEA in August 2023, it’s November 2023 and I still have no car or answers"

I went to another shop to get a second opinion after they told me what was wrong with my vehicle and the other shop tried to rip me off and tell me my lower control arm needed to be replaced when it was new. They were very detailed in showing me all the front end work I needed. They literally showed me underneath my car and everything that needed repaired. My Car is running smoothly again."
