"Usually, when I shop at this location, it's a good experience. However, today 12/23/23, not so much. I went in this morning to purchase a back wiper blade for my car. I asked the gentleman working if he would put it on for me and he said he would. We went to my car and noticed I needed the arm too. He ordered it from another store and within an hour, the part was in. When I arrived at the store, there was a different person working. I asked if he could put in on for me and he said he didn't know what it "entailed" and "we don't do that." There weren't any customers in the store at the time. Well, this is the fourth wiper arm/blade that I've purchased within a year and the salesperson has always put it on for me. A young lady works there on Sundays and she's done it for me and it took less than three minutes. The salesperson today also said he had a tooth pulled that morning so maybe he didn't feel like it and it would have been better had he said that. I will go to another PepBoys, show my receipt and have my wiper arm installed."

"For the love of God. Get some people who know something about cars. She actually told me there is no one there who's touched a car's brake line before. What, exactly, are you doing in the parts business?! Not selling parts, you're gonna pay more in returns because your workers know nothing. How is this a viable business location? Do better. You can hire people with more knowledge than that sad excuse for customer service."
