"Just got my nails done with my daughter and very satisfied with the out come! Love coming here, very friendly staff and the atmosphere is great!!"
"I have never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon. I went in to get my dip removed and get a new dip color put on. I have only been here once before as I typically go to a different nail salon but they were fully booked this week. I have gotten my nails done every 2-3 weeks for years now and not once have I ever had such an awful experience. I originally wanted to get pink chrome dip which they told me would be $65, this isn’t crazy expensive but it’s more expensive than my regular place so I decided on a basic color. Everything was fine until all of a sudden after doing a few layers of dip on my left hand, the man doing my nails just started taking a paper towel and wiping the polish off. This made the polish/powder left in my finger very uneven and lumpy, as well as resulted in nail polish getting on the skin around my nail in clumps. I was confused and wasn’t given any explanation as to why he just wiped off the powder on 4/5 fingers on one hand. This resulted in him then having to file down my dip polish more on that hand in order to smooth out the bumps. Instead of using acetone to remove the nail polish he had gotten in my skin, he attempted multiple times to use a drill to just drill it off. It clearly caused me pain and did not work. Following this, at no point did he use the UV light to set my dip polish. He just had me use a fan that didn’t fully dry my nails and made them stick to one another. I had to put them back above the fan to have them dry completely. After this, with dip polish still on two of my fingers, he decided to use the same clippers you would use to cut your cuticles and just cut the skin off where there was nail polish. I cannot believe the best option was to just cut my skin to the point of causing me to bleed slightly around my thumb rather than just using acetone to clean up the nail polish. And I still left with nail polish around my finger nails after the fact because he couldn’t clip it all off. I genuinely cannot believe that this was how they decided to paint my nails."
