"Absolutely DO NOT buy Perfect start batteries. I had TWO go bad with dead cells on a newer nissan with 40k miles. They lasted about 1 month then the car would act up even though had 14.4v charging and 12.3 volts at the battery... no crank no start. TWICE. Went with a battery from a different chain store zero issues over a month later. I even performed a draw test and found zero issues with the car... it was ENTIRELY the defective perfect start batterIES . Other than that they are a great store and great help w issues."

"Auto Value is awesome! I quickly swung by to get replacement brake lights for my 2012 Fusion. I was helped the second I approached the counter, and buying my bulbs took minutes. When attempted to install the bulbs, myself, in the parking lot, I was struggling to get one of the bulbs removed. I went back inside and asked for assistance and they were happy to help. The employee who came out to help me noted that my bulb had melted the socked a bit and I may need to buy a whole new socket. However, rather than stopping there and selling me the part, they continued to carefully try to remove the bulb till they were successful. They then finished installing the bulb for me and helped with ensuring my new lights worked. While it might have seemed like a simple gesture, it meant a lot to a girl who’s been victim to many attempted up-sell when it comes to car parts and repair. Skip AutoZone. This local shop will treat you right."
