"Dr. Susko and his team are amazing. Very friendly and understanding. Couple years ago, I had wisdom tooth emergency, and it needed to come out. Went to one of those chain places, and they refused. Said I need to be on antibiotics first...well I was in severe pain! Couldn't wait! Dr. Susko took me in without appointment, and had that tooth out within half an hour! Thank you so much! Since then, I've had all my regular cleanings here, and another tooth extracted, without incident or pain. In the past, when dentists would use lidocaine, to numb, I've had to have 5-6 injections of it, to work. Dr. Susko uses some kind of a new numbing injection, besides lidocaine now, that works in 1-2 shots. The billing part is usually the worst part of dentist office for me, but the reception here takes the cake. They are knowledgeable with insurance and procedures, and very courteous. And quick! They do not like to make you wait, even for regular appointment. Went there yesterday, to have a second extraction. Was minding my own, on my phone, but the receptionist was concerned with my waiting to go into back. Appointment was at 4. It was 4:04. I don't think they realize how other offices work. You are supposed to make the customer wait 30 mins after their appt., To take them in back, and then another half hour from there! /sarcasm. So glad I found this place. Thank you Dr. Susko and team!"

"Had a root canal. First of all, not a fan of the open concept here. Root canal went fine. When the crown was put on, I said repeatedly, it was too tight. Far too tight between the tooth in front, and behind, the crown. He told me it would be fine and eventually adjust. It was so tight it caused me pain! Six weeks later the tooth behind the crown cracked. Three days after that, the tooth in front of the crown crumbled into pieces. Yes, I went to a new dentist, since he didn't listen to me in the first place which caused this further damage. Great root canal and crown, but has caused me to lose two teeth that were fine to begin with. He should have listened to the patient and simply shaved off a little from my crown, but he knew better. ??!?!!! I will never be found in Susko's dental chair again. What a dissatisfying journey he caused me!"

I also love Pat and Nancy the hygienist. I feel like we are family. They do a great job cleaning my teeth and they do it painlessly. The front staff is wonderful. Chris and Tiffany are the best in handling any billing questions. And I can always get an appointment if a problem arises. I always recommend them to my friends."
