"Scheduled an appointment back in December for January only to arrive and be told they don’t accept my insurance, and that they verified a different insurance. How can you verify insurance I no longer have?!? Remind you, I provided all of my information over the phone a month ago. Completely unorganized and a waste of my time. Thankfully I was able to call another dentist and get right in."

"Absolutely the best dentist office I have ever been to. This is my 4th or 5th visit and the women in the office are immaculate! They are very gentle, understanding and sweet. They throughly explain the procedure to you, make sure you understand and are open to any questions. The name caring dentistry is exactly who they are. The front receptionist is sooo kind, polite and patient. I mean the whole office is just amazing. ❤️"

"If I can give zero star, I would. And if owners is reading this, don't bother saying, 'oh, we looked your account, we could not find your name'. Yes, my family were there multiple times for general cleanings and procedure, I am using my email account for other business so they cannot look up anything about our personal information on file. If you want to wait for about 2 months without you calling them first and when you verify with your provider personally, and they cannot pull up records, but they will tell you, they tried instead of owning up to their delay. They will also tell you they are in network with pretty much anyone which we found out AFTER TWO services done, we owe money but one of those services should have been 100% for preventive cleaning which is covered by IN NETWORK provider. Other service, would have been covered 80% by our provider, but since they were OUT OF NETWORK provider, we were charged accordingly. We were treated DIFFERENTLY (which we are following civic matter with more details) and they are GREEDY/MONEY HUNGRY. Any dentist you see them advertise about so and so bundle cleaning $70-90, RUN. They might have taken sign down now, but I will tell you their EVEN BASIC PREVENTIVE CLEANING IS INCONSISTENT. I have been going to dentist for YEARS and this is the FIRST TIME I had to tell dentist/or even hygenist that they are using the tool to hard to the point where I AM FEELING THE PAIN IN MY TEETH WHILE THEY ARE DOING BASIC CLEANING (note, I don't have decay, or infection, or any issues with my teeth). Anyways, RUN FROM THIS LOCATION. CARING DENTISTRY IN ROSEVILLE. RUN FAR AWAY FROM IT."
