"I had a great experience until I tried called to reschedule an appt for my autistic daughter and was told she was banned because it was her first. THEN we scheduled an appt with Dr. Ganaw and the receptionist decided in her own to change him BACK to the dentist that we needed a second opinion about. When I confronted her? Oh, he had MEDICAID so now that he has PRIVATE insurance he will be able to get better help. So sorry that we bothered your office with our state insurance. I promise you, it won't happen again."

"The receptionist and dental assistants at this dental office are staffed with unprofessional women. They lack customer service skills, mannerisms, professionalism and they gossip! My child’s father has been coming to this dental office for several years now and recently my 3 year old started being seen here. We have a very high conflict situation and I believe that has been communicated to one woman at this location and has been spread around to the other staff members. Whenever I call for an appointment they won’t allow me to book. I recently called to cancel and reschedule an appointment for my child and was told I would need to call next week but they would cancel it. I asked if they could see what next week looked like. She responded, yes. Next week had availability but I still have to call back next week. My child’s father texted me the same day about 20 minutes after I cancelled with a new appointment date and time. They only allow him to book appointments or they run it pass him before allowing me to schedule appointments for my child. This has happened several times. I find this highly inappropriate for a business and extremely disrespectful to a parent / customer. This could easily turn into a civil suit for discrimination and I will be filing a grievance. I also asked to speak with the office manger at the beginning of our appointment today and she would not speak with me."

"The front office staff was very pleasant. My issue was the Dental Assistant, who for some reason had me bite down on this metal hard thing to do my X-rays. The things scratched up my gums, and she got irritated with me because I was uncomfortable. She finally used the little cushioning Xray things most Dentist use."
