"Tech was late, got a mani/pedi and for the price I paid I should have had nice nails for at least a week or 2.. 1 of my nails was messed up before I left and the tech didn't feel like fixing.. my feet look like I never had a pedi and my nails look terrible..never again"

"Need a 0 star ⭐️ Came to this shop because they had high reviews as well as appointment only. When I came in they only have one pedicure chair, obviously that’s why you have to make appointments. The person they have doing pedicures obviously is a student cause I’ve gotten a better pedicure going to Dorsey school, actually letting students practice!!! I told the girl she butchered my big toes she tried to tell me I didn’t have toe nails you can clearly see where my toenails were in the skin indentations on my feet. The toenails are uneven all of them and over all worse pedicure I’ve ever had all the way down to the “massage”. Not one person apologized and tried to blame me for my feet getting messed up and took up for the terrible job. When I told the girl my toes are ugly do these look cute to you she couldn’t even respond and the other lady taking the payment even took up for the botched nails saying the girl did the best she can but still no apology. I’ll never return but if you’re looking for a pedicure STAY CLEAR from this whole in the wall of a nail shop! Added before pictures to the current toes I have to walk around with this summer #SummerRuined"
