"Didn't enjoy my experience at all. Came in with a friend for a mani and pedi. The women that started my nails was rude because she was relayed the wrong info by my friend. I wanted the acrylic not a full set so she passed it off to the man doing my feet. He burned the side of my pinky because he didn't pay attention to having nail polish on the side of my pinky and put it under the UV light which caused it to burn and now I have a bubble. He didn't even bother to clean my nails afterwards. Smh. Hopefully I can get a refund for this. I'm very upset this happened to me."

"I’ve been here twice for a pedicure and both times were amazing! However, I got an acrylic set with shellac less than 2 weeks ago and it had been a disaster! Less than a week the shellac was peeling off. I went back to them to fix it and they kindly did. 2 days later I had 3 broken nails!! I was away on business and had to go through my whole trip with ugly nails. I went back to them yesterday to discuss and they only agreed to fix the broken nails. But guess what? Another nail just broke! I have had my nails done for several years, I am not rough on my nails and have not had this many problems. It is obviously a case of a faulty set but they refuse to take responsibility. I will likely not be returning."
