"Took my leased car from Milosch dealership to get a fender bender fixed in Oct 2022. I was told it'd take 2 weeks to get the parts which I thought was fine. 2 weeks pass and no call, so I call in to the rep I'm working with, Eric, and he tells me 2 more weeks. You guessed it, 2 more weeks, no call, so I call Eric only to find out he no longer works there. Anthony, the manager, tells me it'll be 2 MONTHS and I should make an appointment for then since they book up very quickly. I booked for January 2 2023. Again, I was told it'd be 2 weeks to repair the car once the parts came in. So I drop the car off Jan 2, 2 weeks come and go, no one ever called me, ever, I always had to call them and I was told the car would be ready 5 more days, I call in 5 days, not ready, I call 3 more days, not ready and then finally Anthony does call me back and offers me a free loaner. The car was finally done Feb 1 . I've been an extremely loyal customer to both the dealership and collision shop over the last 20 years.. leased at least 10 cars from them but I got the same runaround when we ordered our last 3 cars and this last experience with the collision shop I'll definitely be rethinking our next car purchase."

"I was extremely satisfied with the work done on my Scat Pack to bring her back to normal and I'm a difficult person to please. On the day the damage occurred Anthony accommodated me and had the car hoisted up, inspected, and provided a preliminary estimate of the damages. My car was in their shop for almost two weeks for some underbody repair/replacement and front fascia refinish. When I stopped in after week one to check on the progress I was treated with respect from the front reception and given a detailed update from Anthony. Picking up my car could not have been better. Anthony had my car up on a hoist so I could inspect all the repairs. The paint refinish on the front fascia was flawless and looks better today than when it was brand new. Great staff, communication was effortless, thoroughly checked my Jeep and replaced everything that needed fixing to keep my car safe and best of all they made sure I had an affordable option to drive while I was without my Jeep. "Not happy at all with my Grand Cherokee Limited 2018 door and fender repairs. I waited 4 days to get it fix The first thing that I saw when I see my truck the dent on my door they didn’t fix 2nd the paint drips on the border of the fender and door I am very upset because it’s brand new truck 2 months old and a nice color also......... i leaved the truck there for couple more days!!! That’s not customer satisfaction!! I don’t care if there is a Warranty on the job .... they should do everything right from the beginning.********** I went for 2 time 4/26 to pick up my Jeep and guess what !!!!! The paint job was awful again !!!! So many dots!!! They didn’t sand the paint!!! The door and the fender !!! I’m in this point that I don’t want my Jeep anymore ! And the sad thing it’s only 2 months old Let’s see what I can I do!! I won’t recommend this collision!!! The only reason I came here because I am milosch customer!
