"Here's a photo of my fresh pedicure. The polish is sloppy, the toenails were left sharp on the fourth and little toes. Cuticles were not addressed, but somehow the skin on my toe was cut. I left looking worse than when I came in. The massage in the description of the service never happened. The close up is of the big toe where she "fixed" the polish before I left. Very disappointing."

"My go to! I recommend the passport if your in every 2 weeks. Make sure you grab a mimosa while your getting pampered. They have been through many changes and are growing in the right direction! I’ve been coming here consistently for Over a year and can’t imagine going anywhere else! The whole team is welcoming and very personable. If there is a mistake on their end, they do their best to remedy the situation! Great customer service! They do not use drills. There is no strong scent of product that most other nail salons have. I usually get the gel mani (I have the passport, highly recommend) and pedicure. My real nails are so long now! No more acrylics! Also, Super clean! You will not be disappointed! Another must try is the Paris baguette next store… just saying they are delicious (see pics, yum!)"
