"I am disappointed. Most of the staff had a bad attitude towards the clients. The gentleman at the front was nice and my lady was mostly nice. I asked about the difference between their gel options as I was told they had CND. They did not and no one could explain to me the options. The top of my nails were filed with a very coarse nail file, it hurt and I already have pretty thin nails. I was shamed when I was almost going to switch to a different type of manicure. You could feel the staff talking about us clients. I didn’t feel welcome, I felt like the staff was annoyed by us. I’ve been in the industry a lot time and I’m very polite and understanding. The massage was about 1 minute and the lotion felt cheap. For a $55 gel manicure I expected more. I will not be back. I’d suggest going to an actual spa for that price. You wouldn’t get the attitude and better quality of products."

Gel X extensions were pre shaped so she didn’t need to file the almond shaped. Price before tip was about $130 for short gel X extensions, gel polish, and chrome finish"
