"Wow! This dentist office is absolutely amazing! The staff, especially “Noah” superseded my customer service expectations! My son lost his retainers for “the millionth” time and usually a simple phone call would get them replaced! This time he was past the deadline to get replacements and needed a new scan! The problem was that he’s away at school in New Hampshire! Noah and the staff immediately did research to find an office close to my son to get the new retainers to keep him from flying home to get the work done! The office he found was only 10 minutes away!
