"For several years, I contacted this office to discuss about my billing statements. Received service in 2021 and at the time paid my portion that they indicated was out-of-pocket after insurance. I kept receiving incorrect statements so called back the office numerous times. The office managers/representatives indicated for me to be reassured because the billing was incorrect and took time for corporate to readjust their books. I still called multiple times from 2021-2023 to sort this out but received the same response - to disregard the bill. It is Feb 2024 now and I got a new bill that is now adjusted. Spoke to new office manager and she is now trying to submit an inquiry to corporate for me. Their business practice is questionable and highly unprofessional. Highly recommend to find a different provider. I regret using their service."

"this was supposed to be an initial appointment and i didn’t even make it through the door. Work up at 5 to come all the way to royal oak for my 8am appointment and the building is closed. I received a confirmation email and everything. Would not recommend if you don’t want your time wasted"

"I had a great experience! The orthodontist and dental assistants were very sweet and helpful. They gave me a full explanation of what was going on as it was happening and what to expect with my braces. Highly recommend them. They also take Medicare (for dental only, not orthodontic work)"

"They tell you they accept your insurance, you make appt for exam/cleaning; you ask for your x-rays and records and they never give them to you; you ask again and they never give them to you; you call to speak with manager- nobody returns your calls; you go there to speak with someone and the person at the counter knows nothing about anything and says you need to contact the manager; you get billed over $900 and you dont understand how/why; .... you contact your dental insurance and come to find out this dentist never completed their submissions of treatments for payments; you call again to find out how you are being being billed when your insurance covers exam, x-rays, and cleanings... and no one can answer you but they sure do send you bills. Their 380 x-ray machine is broke although they try to bill it to your insurance company.. so when the insurance company asks for copies of the records/x-rays this dentist does not send them because they are committing FRAUD... on both ends. Do not waste your valuable health, money or time with these crooks ... The place is filthy - always dirt on the floors. First time I noticed it, I thought 'yeah, ok, it happens' but then when you go back and realize that a different room has the same dirty floors/walls you realize its not by chance... and bathroom wreaks of urine!"

"Seems like a facility in decline. I had good experience while I used to go there for over 5 years. But I stopped visiting the facility after I moved out of Michigan and they send me bills now even after meeting deductible. I have been trying to get a call with the manager to talk about the bill. The person I talked to took my name and number and told I might get a call back within 2 weeks. Won't recommend unless you want to get into issues with billing. I will update the review based on how this interaction goes. I sent an email today to the address provided in the response. Hope to hear from you soon."
