"So I went to Advance Auto Parts on Seven Mile in Livonia today hoping to find the correct tool I need to separate the A-arm from the cast knuckle on my truck. I want to tell everyone what impeccable service I received. The person attempting to help me was Kristen (hope I have the name right). This kid went above and beyond to help me. All over the computer and back and forth to the back to verify inventory. She was awesome! If everyone in the younger generation was as diligent as she was, I wouldn’t worry too much about the future of this country. That being said: give the girl a raise. Because of her I just became a regular customer (I’m sure I’m not the only one).If I need anything for any of my vehicles, I’m headed to that store first.
