"Michel it’s the manager of the salon hi don’t know how to make money . I have my nail, but just on the top of that I have acrylic then I decide to remove it and to make new set.Hi told me it’s this extra this extra come to $75 I just ask to remove everything of my nail Not to leave nothing. Then hi told I don’t fell comfort to continue doing your nail ! Then hi says you can go in different place I told him That not problem for my money I go where I want my frend . Then hi says just pay $10 dollars to remove the acrylic. I told him I’m not going to to pay . No one let me down like you! He wasn’t rude . I’m loyalty customers you can talk to me like that . Hi shouldn’t be being manager of the salon if he don’t know how to handle with all customer need to go somewhere else that’s not your position wrong position you got. I left I end up in different salon I was charge $60 dollars my nail look amazing ."

"I've been to this salon and usually had decent luck, however this last trip was not great. The younger guy that did my nails was very nice but I had to explain a few times just that I wanted black polish with a glitter on top. Not an issue. The issue is that my shellac nails chipped on day two. Multiple nails. I'm in no way hard on my nails. I'm super bummed as I got my nails done in preparation for my baby's arrival this weekend and now they're ruined already. The other issue I encountered as I was there was that when I booked the appt online, I booked for two people and checked off one basic pedicure and one deluxe. They gave us both deluxe pedicures without asking and then argued back and forth for a bit before finally saying they'd only charge us for the one basic. In addition, I know it's been awhile since I've had a pedicure but the deluxe pedi doesn't include the scrubbing of the bottom of your feet or heels? That's what I needed most. Also the foot massage part, but instead most of it was centered around my calves, which I thought was kind of odd. Long story short, my feet aren't soft afterwards, but at least so far my toenails haven't chipped. Fingers crossed."

"Got my nails done last night, dip and a basic pedi. Right away I explained I haven't gotten my nails done in a long time and never gotten a pedi; said I was a little nervous. The ladies response to me showing her what I wanted for nails gave me the impression she was making fun of me, she laughed, shook her head no and spoke to the guy actually doing my nails, then they laughed together. It made me feel even more nervous and embarrassed. I just wanted to pamper myself for the first time since becoming a mom, nit be laughed at. There was a pretty intense language barrier so trying to ask questions or get responses was next to impossible. I will also say due to this, and their services not being listed correctly the set came out to be 80$ not 50$. However!!! All of that being said, look at these nailsss!! The technician was kind and gentle and very thorough during my pedicure- and I don't have cute pretty feet- then when it came to nails he really tried his best to give me exactly what I wanted, was very kind when I didn't know the next step and took his time during each step. He also would look at me and ask if" I liked" after major steps, ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted despite being a novice and the language barrier. Gave him a 30 percent tip for his patience and kindness even if I apparently seemed silly to them- his huge expression of gratitude was very genuine and I walked out feeling bad as heck with my new nails."

"Nice place as far as the staff and nail art go. Prices are a little above my budget. I think it was 80 something for a full set. The reason for 2 stars is mainly that my fingers were bruised (see photos of green polish) swelling and sore for days-a week after my last appointment. I think I’ve been there three times now. I won’t be going back. In all my years of getting my nails done, I have never had anyone cut and force my acrylic nails off without soaking. It hurt a lot. I even said “ow” several times while it was done but they just smiled and continued. When I asked about soaking they said they don’t do that. I watched another customer getting their acrylic pulled off also. My fingers were bruised on the tops where the nail starts. Some were better than others. SEVERAL times the nail techs would scrape my fingers (that same top area) with that electrical spinning tool. I saw blood at least twice. My fingers itched after each visit but I didn’t think much of it. Turns out I am allergic to the UV light, so little blisters were forming. I was worried after my last visit about infection because of the bruising, but I hope that’s not the case. Other than that, the nail area was usually generally untidy and not cleaned between clients, with fake nails on the floor and counter (where I put my hands) that had been clipped off. And I never saw anyone clean tools."
