"let me just start off by saying i have been coming here for years now and have never had a bad thing to say about this place until now. first i would just like to say that the prices have been raised so much for the most basic things. i had came here for plain white nails, paid $110 and left a $20 tip just to leave unhappy with my nails. uneven, crooked, not smooth, and some parts are transparent! i think with how much they’re charging it should be good work and the customer should be leaving happy."

"I’ve heard good things about this place from a few different people. I have given this place multiple chances but they are too unorganized with their scheduling, and dirty. I had a my nail tech using the same tools on me that she had used on other people and on top of that she was rude. Only giving it 2 stars because the owner and her husband are very nice."

"Although this business is a hit or miss with the shellac acrylic- shape, paint, and lifting of nails… the owners and staff are lovely and try to make things right. I’ve had really good sets done here and others not so good. I recently left a review about an unpleasant experience I had, but I have deleted it because the owner has called me. The owner does have dedication and love for her business. If you ever have a problem here it’s nice to know that the owner WILL resolve it. Thanks K nails!"

"I usually do not review on things, especially negatively. I have came to this salon 5+ times and every other time it has been a great experience. Unfortunately today I came in & had a rude tech do my nails. I have never had someone so unfriendly do my nails before. I was repeatedly told to relax my fingers, but then told to hold my fingers away from her shirt… I had to had her fix the polish on my first hand. There is so much nail glue left over on my hands, and after she painted and dried my nails she filed them again and a bunch of the polish came off. This is not a diss at the salon or staff at a whole. Everyone else in there is amazing, I have had my nails done by other techs at this salon & you guys are great!"

"Great place! Nice people who greet you right when you walk-in. I wish they would update some tools and the layout to help give a better aesthetic, but besides that the nail techs are professional and very kind."
