"This place has gone down hill. I used to love going here and they would always do such a great job. My friend, brother, and I just went today for the first time in a while and i’m super disappointed. I got a dip set and they are chunky and not filed well. My brother said they messed up his clear pedicure..how do you even do that? Also somehow messed up my friends gel pedicure. Disappointing. They updated the salon which looked nice but I preferred the dated salon and quality manicure."

"I returned to this salon after trying out a couple other salons nearby. I was unhappy with the other salons because one never honored your appointment time and the other one was not clean. I have been back to Nine Inch Nails twice now. The place is spotless! My dip lasts for 4 weeks! My daughter’s acrylic tips with a metallic french finish are gorgeous! Hanna is sweet as ever and Natalie is also friendly and pleasant. We also get right in with our appointments. Please consider returning to Nine Inch Nails like we did!"

"Scrubed the skin on MYOB toes. Terrible job . Had a pedicure and manicure Nails were not cut correctly. Have had many at another business this one was bad"

"What i wanted vs what i got. I made an appointment and was being rushed by the women running the front desk. I understand being understaffed, but don't overbook yourself to the point where you are rude to and rushing customers who made appointments. My nails were not shaped correctly and she was so rough on my hands. Its been a couple hours and my fingers are sore from how they were being jerked around. If you are thinking of getting acrylics done here, DONT."
