"Front desk and repair technician delivered great customer service. Eric was very knowledgeable and detailed about the work being done. Also work was completed quicker than anticipated. Thanks Gerber."
"Clear signage when arriving facilitating ease in placing my car in the correct spot for appraisal. Pleasant and welcoming employees checked me in and completed the appraisal before I could send my 2nd email (I took my laptop so that could work). Efficiently communicated with both my insurance company and the rental car company and scheduled my appointment for repair. LOVE it! Highly recommend!"

"The first time I was informed my Ranger was repaired and presented to me after undergoing Gerber’s quality inspection, the entire right side of the truck bed was poorly painted and not supposed to be painted at all. At the beginning of my interactions with Jessi Hawley, Gerber Collisions representative, I experienced some difficulties in regards to my aftermarket exhaust. Due to the accident, my right exhaust pipe was damaged and pushed forward and off of the mount. During the install inspection, Jessi questioned me about who installed my exhaust system. I informed him that I installed the exhaust myself. Which in response, Jessi stated the reason my exhaust was pushed forward and crooked was due to improper installation and a missing support mount. I had to then physically roll under my truck and show Jessi the mount that he thought was missing and where the exhaust pipe was pushed back. Jessi and I then discussed only painting the scuff that was directly behind the rear bumper. Jessi attempted to insist on painting the entire right side of the truck bed, Jessi and I discussed this further and then informed me that Liberty’s representative was in agreeance with me and was only going to authorize repairs and paint to the damaged area. At this point, I was under the understanding that only the damaged area would be repaired and painted. Jessi and I discussed this and he indicated that doing the repair this was would leave a soft blend line behind the bumper, “only we would know was there” (Jessi Hawley). This was the outcome and expectation I had when I agreed to have Gerber provide the repair service. When I received my truck back, about 4 weeks later, I was frustrated to say the least to see that they had painted the entire right side of my truck bed. As a result, the paint had fish eyes in it (small dots visible in the paint due to dust particles in the air at the time of painting). Small scratches crossed the bed, I am assuming from washing the truck with a dirty sponges. There was a line of orange primer showing between the bed and cab of the truck. The FX4 decal was ripped. Major damage to the top right corner of the bed occurred. The metal was cracked off between the top part of the truck ben and where the side rail protector is located. I was informed by Gerber that they had to replace this side rail protector because they broke the clips on the factory part during removal. My logical explanation for this is a worker broke both at the same time when a screwdriver or a tool like that was used to pry the two parts apart. Jessi’s comment on this damage as being a “factory stamping issue”. (Jessi Hawley) Jessi remains adamant about this position despite the clearly visible crack marks in the metal, the bare metal showing, and no formation of rust that would have occurred during the year of owning a vehicle. None of this damage, with the exception of the bumper making contact with the bottom right corner of the bed, existed before Gerber took possession of and worked on my truck. In reference to the bumper, the installation and alignment was off. Now, when I lower my tailgate, it hits my license plate. Which, as a result has caused a chip in my pain on my tailgate. The left middle sensor was installed incorrectly. The lock cap for the spare tier is now faded with a thumbprint shaped marking. In addition the exhaust tips were sticking out past the bumper about 2.5 to 3 inches instead of being flush with the bumper. This was relatively an easy fix. Jessi did offer to readjust my exhaust tips, however I was upset that I informed Jessi that I would reposition them myself. Due to space limitation Please see yelp for the rest of the poo review. I have a lot more to say."
