"I gave them 5 stars 7 months ago, and I am giving them 5 stars today, 1/18/2024, because they are great group that provides excellent customer services. I am a veteran, so I went through the Detroit VA's Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) to order top of the line Goodyear tires. This was one of the services centers locally, and I was so pleased with the crazy low price for 4 tires, plus installation. I usually go through Costco, but this went so smoothly, that I will order my tires this way from this time forth. All I can say is, "Wow. Wow. Wow.""
"Firstly I want to say that Brian, Nate, and everyone else in the shop were absolutely wonderful to me!! Unfortunately even though my car was in the shop for almost a week there was nothing they could do to fix it, but they gave it to me straight and were not out to get my money. Something I definitely appreciate as a woman! And they made sure I made it home from work every night. It’s rare you find a mechanic you can trust, and I would highly recommend bringing your car here!!"
"On 8/12/22 I went to Goodyear/Safelite in Pontiac, Michigan. The vehicle was left overnight for a window repair and the next day I went to pick it up. I paid and realized the shop had an accident in my truck, didn't tell me about it, then lied and said they had no idea. It's clear from the location of the damage this wasn't another vehicle that caused it. The manager "put a claim in with their garage insurance". That afternoon I left after assurance that I'd be taken care of. Being a Friday, I didn't expect any response until Monday. Upon arriving home, I realized the door on the passenger side (the same door in which the window that had been repaired) did not open from the inside. Goodyear corporate said they'd look into it, but could do nothing more. After many calls and returns to the location, it's been almost six weeks without my vehicle, I've been paying friends for rides to get back and forth to work due to the negligence of this Goodyear Repair Shop. Highly not recommended."
